Mercedes Benz F 125 Concept Car

Mercedes Benz has seemed to outdo themselves with their newest concept car the Mercedes Benz F 125. Premiered at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the F 125 looks like no other automobile before it.

The Mercedes Benz F 125 runs on four electric motors that push out 231 horsepower and reaching a top speed of 140 miles. At a stopped position it can hit 62mph in 4.9 seconds. It is fueled by hydrogen and can travel 600 miles on a full tank.

The chassis is made from a carbon fiber, aluminum and plastic along with a unique carbon fiber tank to hold hydrogen at 700 bar.

The scissor doors make this car that much more exotic. The interior is a throwback to the Star Trek ship and is controlled by hand gestures so drivers can point left to right to activate the windshield wipers.

At press time there was no mention on price. But a car like this is expected draw a big price tag. Your thoughts?

Hope this comes with a built in force field. I don’t even want dust touching this baby. I would love to see the engine compartment.
