Jean Saint-Marc is a 2010 vintage Blanc de Blancs cuvée. Our selection was made solely with premium chardonnay grapes harvested exclusively from the 2010 growing season. It is golden straw in color and offers aromas of baked apple, lemon oil and toasted nuts. Elegantly balanced, this sparkler displays apple and pear fruit complimented by lemon marmalade and brioche overtones. It pairs beautifully with caviar, fried foods and oysters.
In 1990 my mother let me sip some of sparkling wine at a wedding. Years later it would become my drink of choice. Jean Saint-Marc is a dual tribute to her indelible taste for the finer things in life and her native country Haiti. The 2010 Blancs de Blancs is a lively but rich offering that will advance any moment. Consider it for your upcoming New Year’s Eve festivities.
This endeavor is totally self-funded by me with 100% of all the proceeds going to a college fund for my son Brandon. Therefore consider any support you extend to this project as helping another a young man of color through college. – Martin Jean
