Ozwald Boateng was one of Britain’s most popular menswear designers. In 1998 his career and personal life changed drastically. For the next 12 years his life was captured through the lens of director Varon Bonitos. The result is a behind the scenes film appropriately entitled A Man’s Story.
From bankruptcy and the divorce of his first wife, the viewer gets an depth look how dreams are conceived, made, lost and redefined in the world of high fashion.
A truly introspective film that I must see. I suggest you do too.
