Beaujolais Nouveau 2010
On every third Thursday of every November the French erupt in joy of the release of Beaujolais Nouveau. Beaujolais Nouveau is a young red wine made from hand-picked Gamay grapes grown in the ever so popular Beaujolais region of France. This wine is so anticipated there are events and parties across the world to celebrate its uncorking.
Beaujolais Nouveau’s mystique lies in its young grapes. The grapes have only been fermented for about three weeks before it is packaged and put to sale resulting in light body dominated by fruity flavors.
This year’s edition retails for under 20.00 dollars. Let me know what you think if you pick up this bottle.
I will definitely pick this up.
