Famed designer Christian Loubuotin and Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey collaborated yesterday to put together a nostalgic event that took the New York City fashion community back to the 1930’s.

The event was held at the famed McKittrick Hotel. This property was a perfect fit for this event with its’ vintage motif; even the elevator ride took us back to yesteryear with an attendant in full garb that greeted us with phrases from that time period.
Once upstairs we were greeted with straw hats and delicious Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey signature cocktails. The bartenders took extra care in crafting Old Fashioned’s that were quite delicious.
The focus of the night though were men’s shoes. Christian Louboutin’s newest collection harkens back to a time of the Jazz age were your footwear was just as important as your dance moves.

On display were several pairs, from brogues to wingtips, that all showcased a host of different patterns, color, style and of course superior craftsmanship.

Naturally there were a couple of famous faces in the house including actress Jamie King and stylist Brad Goreski.
And what event would be incomplete without a complimentary gift bag? 
Guests were gifted free Christian Loubuotin shoe care products and a mini Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey bottles for that much needed “me time”.
