Daniel Roth Extra Plat Rose Gold Watch
Respecting the heritage of the signature double-ellipse case, the Daniel Roth extra plat rose gold watch extra plat rose gold has been enhanced with a slimmer profile, measuring just 7.7mm in thickness.
In keeping with the design principles of the tourbillon rose gold, the extra plat case is made in rose gold 5n and features a width of 35.5mm and a length of 38.6mm. The redesigned lugs on the Daniel Roth Extra Plat Rose Gold Watch are detailed with softer curves and a downward angle for a comfortable fit.
The contemporary and warm tone of the 5n alloy amplifies the watch’s elegance, bridging traditional craftsmanship with modern sophistication.
Continuing the traditions of haute horlogerie, the extra plat rose gold two-tone dial features a handcrafted guilloché en ligne motif in solid white gold. A filet sauté border elegantly accompanies the intricate design. The hands are finished in black-coated stainless steel, matching the black font of the roman numerals and the individual watch number.
The alluring contrast between the white gold dial and 5n alloy case adds an elegant tone to the watch, bridging Swiss craftsmanship and contemporary sophistication. The open case back of the extra plat rose gold elegantly exposes the new movement developed and assembled at la fabrique du temps under the supervision of Michel Navas and Enrico Barbasini.
While maintaining the visual aesthetics of the dr001 tourbillon calibre, the dr002 has been developed from the ground up for the extra plat collection. The redesigned oscillating system now operates at a 4hz frequency and incorporates a newly engineered bar click, delivering a satisfyingly crisp sensation when winding the watch.
