With a mash bill of 70% corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley, David E. PA Straight Bourbon Whiskey features a beautiful an amber color with aromas of vanilla bean, honey and roasted hazelnuts. Sweet vanilla and earthy tones up front followed by cinnamon, transitioning to a long, spicy tingling. Lastly, hints of smoke and tobacco live in the finish. It is 91 proof and is aged for four years in oak barrels.
