Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage 1998 Bourbon Review
Sharing is caring and it seems cigars smokers really understand and better yet practice this timeless saying. On any given visit to my local cigar lounge, you can always find smokers sharing their drink of choice with new acquaintances.
Last week I was fortunate enough to strike up a conversation with some other smokers. They paired up their cigars with a bourbon called Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage 1998 and offered me a glass.
Admittedly I am not a bourbon man but this was tasty. I had it straight and I found it to be smooth and light bodied. This single barrel is well balanced with some light spice and vanilla.
The finish wasn’t too bad either. I experienced some burn but it wasn’t too much for me and the dryness left me wanting more. Priced around 35.00 dollars, I would definitely pick this bottle up again. Cheers!
