How To Pair Food With Champagne
If you love champagne like I do then take it a step further and start pairing it with food. In this instance these gentleman pair all the servings with various champagnes from the house of Vueve Clicquot.
I pretty much agree with all that is said in this video except the Demi Sec. My preference to dry wines speaks to my individual palette so I would rather choose a Brut Rosé versus a Demi Sec to pair with any dessert. I feel the Demi Sec is a little too sugary and looses some of the character – but that is just my opinion.
I love pairing champagne with cheeses and pastas. You will be pleasantly surprised on how intense a chilled glass of champagne will taste after taking a bite of either.
