Laws Whiskey House Four Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Laws Whiskey House celebrates Bottled In Bond Day this year with the return of Laws Whiskey House Four Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
Laws Whiskey House Four Grain Straight Bourbon is the first bonded bourbon in Colorado history. True to the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, this bourbon is at least 4 years old, a product of a single season and a single distiller, and has been aged entirely in our federally bonded rickhouse.
The aroma is billed as sweet and floral on the nose aromas of orange blossom, toffee, and apricot jam. The flavor profile is said to feature notes of Black tea, orange, brown butter, and dates on the palate. Notes of sandalwood round out a dry and lingering finish. Only 2,430 bottles were harvested from this batch.
