Macallan’s 2011 Masters Of Photography Collection
Scotch maker Macallan has launched their Master Of Photography Collection. Each set will be paired with photography prints from reknowned Scottish photographer Albert Watson.
The bottle is a single malt that has been aged for 20 years in a sherry oak barrels. Each print features work by Watson following a young couple from the oak forests of Spain to the distillery in Scotland’s Speyside region—the same journey taken by the Macallan’s barrel wood.
According to Macallan, this 20 year old single malt is said to “offer dark chocolate, citrus, cloves, and ginger on the nose, with a greater array of spices, as well as fruits such as raisins and dates, on the palate”.
Of the 1,000 bottles produced for this package, only 200 bottles are coming to the United States. Each set is $1,000.00 which I think is a great price for this set. For more information you can visit www.themacallan.com.
Cheers to the weekend!
