Malibu Rum is celebrating the upcoming Summer 2011 season with a limited edition bottle designed by artist Niki Farquharson.

I used to drink a lot of Malibu Rum in my early twenties and have picked it up again recently with the popularity of Ciroc Coconut. I think the bottle is perfect fit for Malibu’s Summer 2011 marketing campaign although I would think that if they went for a more sexier and sleeker look they would gain more of a footprint in nightclub culture.

The Malibu Rum limited edition Summer 2011 bottle will be available nationwide at the end of April. Cheers!
