Paradero Hotel Todos Santos Mexico
If you are interested in experiencing Mexico in new ways the Paradero Hotel Todos Santos deserves your immediate attention.
The Paradero Hotel Todos Santos is spread across five acres of land within the Mesa farming community – an agricultural area comprising 160 acres of family-owned farms.
Due to its proximity to the Tropic of Cancer, the landscape offers five ecosystems: desert, mountains, beaches, oasis, and farmland. Because of the diversity, UNESCO has designated Todos Santos as a Biosphere Reserve – one of two sites in Baja. Included in the nightly rate, Paradero Todos Santos offers activities such as surfing, guided hiking, mountain biking, farming tutorials, and Baja taco tours. Other experiences include boating and fishing expeditions, cooking classes, cliffside champagne and burrito tastings.
The 16 Garden Suites have outdoor living areas and all come with a hammock and some with an outdoor soaking tub. The 18 Rooftop Suites have built-in suspended ‘star nets’ offering views of the landscape. The corner Master Casita is spread over three floors and features a kitchenette, dining area and plunge pool.
In the restaurant, the open kitchen features a Josper wood-fired oven and traditional Oaxacan clay tortilla oven. Menus will incorporate ingredients from the surrounding farms as well as fish and seafood. The Ojo de Agua Spa will be a wellness space inspired by secret watering holes, with a focus on ancient Mexican healing traditions. It will feature hot and cold plunge pools and a relaxation area.
