Perdomo Lot 23 Robusto Cigar Review
Binder: Nicaraguan
Wrapper: Nicaraguan
Filler: Nicaraguan
Length: 5
Ring Gauge: 50
For my birthday last year my good friend and comrade Manny gifted me a box of Perdomo Lot 23 Robusto cigars. I was really honored as this guy has proven to be one of the best people I ‘ve come across. It is fitting that this small cigar brings so much to the table.
This is a Nicaraguan puro with a natural shade wrapper. The label is one of my favorites as it gives you an artistic look at an old world Perdomo tobacco farm.
Upon lighting the Perdomo Lot 23 Robusto, I got a nice creamy nutty flavor that was really pleasant. Nullus. Right away you get the feeling of a real smooth and easy going smoke.
In regards to the construction you get a steady burn and a dark grey ash that has proven sturdy throughout the four times I have smoked this stick. The draw was open with a hint of tightness which was right in my comfort zone.
The Perdomo Lot 23 Robusto Cigar is soft but still gives you a nice mellow flavor making it a perfect suggestion for a someone that is trying cigars for the first time. In fact if I am going to gift a female friend with a cigar this is always my top choice as there is no harshness or spice in sight.
I would pair this would a nice bourbon or coffee. This is a cigar that I will readily keep in my humidor. Long ashes!
i like the The Perdomo brand cigar line. the grand cru and the habano corojo are excellent cigar to smoke, if you are looking for a spicy full body cigar.
great review….
