While I am not an avid rum drinker I can appreciate quality. Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 Year Old  is aged 8,000 feet above sea level in Guatemala making this one of the best sipping rums you will ever taste.

Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 Year Old smells sweet with touches of spice and vanilla. During my first sip I was oh so pleasantly surprised of how smooth it is. This medium bodied spirit is so well balanced and most importantly tasty.

I found the flavor profile to be syrupy sweet but still rich enough to not overpower you with sugar. My only complaint about Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 Year Old Premium Rum is that I don’t have any in my personal bar. If you enjoy rum you have to give this bottle a try, you will not be disappointed.
