With the success of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey, Brown-Forman is set to release a new flavor of the classic Southern Comfort with Southern Comfort Fiery Pepper. Southern Comfort Fiery Pepper is made with Tabasco brand pepper sauce and packs a punch of heat.

“It’s not going to blaze your tongue off, but it is a pretty intense combination of Tabasco chilies as well as some natural pepper flavors that really dial up the burn,” said Lena DerOhannessian, the U.S. marketing director for Southern Comfort.

Other than some shots, I haven’t consumed much Southern Comfort throughout my travels. I think this is a very interesting blend and would love to give it a shot. I assume Bloody Mary fanatics should be in store for a new twist on the classic cocktail.

Launching this month a 750ml bottle of Southern Comfort Fiery Pepper will be priced at $16.99. Cheers!
