I purchased the Remington Humidor from 1st Class Cigar Humidors in July of 2014 and what a disappointment, The humidor had 14 blemishes/flaws plus the door did not fully close on the top. I wanted 1st class to exchange it but the two they had in stock also had blemishes and getting them to have this one picked up to be returned and issue credit my credit card has turned into one big hassle. Although I’m a amputee the owner of 1st Class Humidors expects me to repackage the humidor as I received it plus have it banded to a pallet.
