Villa Molli is located on a slope in the upper hillside of the charismatic village of Sala Comacina. The luxurious Villa represents the perfect combination of modern design with respect to nature, providing you with the best lake view in this area. From every angle of the house you get a mesmerizing view over the most popular points of interest around lake Como, such as Comacina island, Villa Balbianello, Bellagio and and the spectacular mountain range that embraces the lake.
Sala Comacina is a small village, with only 527 inhabitants, located in the western shore of lake Como. It is mostly known for the charismatic Comacina Island, wich is located in the bay of the village (zoca de l’oli) and marks the only island on the lake.
Lake Como is not only known for its ancient Villas like Villa Balbianello and Villa Carlotta, but also for its famous towns like Bellagio, Varenna or Como. However, already the breathtaking mountain view is worth a visit, especially in combination with sunrises and sunsets.
Villa Molli provides 4 luxurious Master Bedrooms with lakeview and access to the terraces, as well as 2 Standard Rooms, where each room has its own bathroom attached. Heart of the villa forms the outside infinity pool with the connected jacuzzi and the terraces with a magnificent lakeview.
The two storey luxury villa can host up 12 people in four master bedrooms – all four with lake view and two beautiful standard rooms, while each of the six rooms has its own bathroom.
Every Master Room has been designed with special attention to the lakeview and the natural lighting, with each an own bathroom. Therefore each Master Room provides a unique view over the charismatic landscape of Lake Como and the characteristic area of Comacina Island. With respect to nature, the materials used for the interior design have been explicitly selected to be local cherry wood and serpentino stone form Valmalenco Valley.
Both Standard Rooms are located at the ground floor, in-between a beautiful interior garden terrace that is covered by jasmine, lavender and a variation of typical Italian aromatic herbs. Their design is kept in a modern and illuminating style – with each an own bathroom, that compliments the atmosphere of the whole villa.
The indoor recreation spaces are designed with loft characteristics and open spaces, which allows communicative togetherness. However, different levels of the kitchen, the dining and living area ensure dispersion. The backside glass door of the kitchen leads to a small inner courtyard, covered in jasmine, lavender and typical Italian aromatic herbs. The wide space front window and the sky window allows the natural lights to flood through the whole area.
The property covers 3000 square meters of land, of which 2500 square meters incorporate the garden area. The heart of the villa is located in the outdoor area and marks the pool area. A lengthwise infinity pool with a linked hot tub will allow you a 180 degree view over lake Como and the charismatic Comacina Island, which can not be found in any other venue. The several terraces around the outdoor area will gift you with unforgettable “Aperitivo” sunsets.
