As part of their Valentine’s Day promotion the Heinz company made 150 jars of ketchup caviar. It is not made with fish roe but condenses the popular condiment into mother of pearl form. This was only available via the aforementioned sweepstakes thus the ketchup caviar is not available for sale. Luckily some of the winners have listed the limited-edition jars on Ebay. Happy bidding!
