La Flor Dominicana Unveils The $20,000 Espejo de Litto Humidor

Most cigar releases arrive in boxes. Espejo de Litto arrives as a statement piece. La Flor Dominicana has unveiled one of the most ambitious projects in company history with the introduction of the Espejo de Litto humidor, a limited-production release that honors founder Litto Gomez through three exclusive blends and a handcrafted presentation designed for serious collectors.
The project made its debut earlier this year at the ProCigar Auction in the Dominican Republic, where the first Espejo de Litto humidor sold for an impressive $51,000. Following that auction, La Flor Dominicana has announced plans to release just nine additional humidors in the United States, each carrying a retail price of $20,000. More than a luxury humidor, Espejo de Litto is intended to tell the story of Litto Gomez’s journey through cigar craftsmanship, perseverance, and innovation.

A Tribute To Litto Gomez
The name Espejo de Litto translates to “Litto’s Mirror,” a fitting title for a project centered around the life and legacy of the man who helped reshape perceptions of Dominican cigars. According to La Flor Dominicana, the release reflects the story of an outsider who entered the cigar industry without guarantees, shortcuts, or established connections and ultimately built one of the most respected brands in premium tobacco.
“This project tells a story that should have never happened,” said Antonio Gomez. “It is the story of an outsider who entered this industry with no guarantee, no shortcut, and no permission, and who helped change it through conviction, and a refusal to follow anyone else’s rules.” That narrative extends beyond the humidor itself and into the cigars housed inside.

Three Blends, Three Chapters
Each Espejo de Litto humidor contains 150 cigars divided equally among three never-before-released blends, with each cigar representing a different chapter of Litto Gomez’s journey.

Origins
Measuring 7 x 52, Origins looks back to the earliest days of La Flor Dominicana. The blend draws inspiration from vintage LFD profiles while incorporating nostalgic Cameroon character intended to reflect the beginning of Gomez’s unlikely rise in the cigar industry.
Litto’s Revolution
The second blend, Litto’s Revolution, arrives in a 7 x 54 format and features La Flor Dominicana’s iconic Chisel tip. Long considered one of the brand’s signature creations, the Chisel became a symbol of Gomez’s willingness to challenge convention. Full-bodied and unmistakably LFD, the blend represents the moment when his vision evolved into a movement within the premium cigar world.
Futura
The final chapter is Futura, a 7 x 52 blend created to look toward the future. Described as dark and enigmatic, Futura represents the next phase of the La Flor Dominicana story and serves as a reminder that the legacy continues to evolve.
A Collector’s Piece Built For The Long Term
While the cigars are undoubtedly the centerpiece, the humidor itself is what elevates Espejo de Litto into a different category. Featuring custom woodworking, dedicated storage drawers, and artwork inspired by Litto Gomez, the presentation feels closer to a luxury collectible than a traditional cigar package. The design reinforces the project’s central theme, transforming the humidor into a physical representation of the founder’s journey.
Each humidor includes:
- 50 Origins cigars
- 50 Litto’s Revolution cigars
- 50 Futura cigars
That brings the total count to 150 cigars per humidor. With only nine units allocated to the U.S. market and shipping scheduled to begin on June 15, Espejo de Litto is positioned to become one of the most exclusive cigar releases of 2026. In an era when many limited editions rely on flashy collaborations or celebrity associations, La Flor Dominicana has taken a different approach. Espejo de Litto places the spotlight on legacy, craftsmanship, and the story of a founder whose influence continues to shape the premium cigar industry decades later.
